This November, Rajdhani Express to Arunachal Pradesh

Aadil Mir, New Delhi ,Sep 22: The Indian Railways is set to kick off the Rajdhani Express between Arunachal Pradesh and New Delhi by November. To make travel more passenger-friendly, Arunachal has agreed to relax the rigid norm of inner-line permit, which is otherwise mandatory for “outsiders” entering the state.

CM requested for release of all pending central funds

Stay away from deception while selecting receiver: CM


Aadil Mir, Itanagar, Sep 12: Stressing on the importance of  Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP) and Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) in creating livelihood avenues in rural areas, particularly for people below poverty line, Chief Minister Nabam Tuki urged the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) officials to avoid duplicity while selecting beneficiaries as well implementing the schemes.

CM assured ACCI of evident action to perk up law and order

Telecom infrastructure project worth Rs 5300cr for NE cleared

Aadil Mir, New Delhi, Sep 10: NDA led union govt. approved an over Rs 5,300 crore project to boost telecom infrastructure and connectivity in the North East Region."The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, today gave its approval for accomplish Comprehensive Telecom Development Plan for the North-Eastern Region (NER). The proposal entails an estimated expenditure of Rs. 5,336.18 crore" an official statement said.
