Itanagar, Oct 30:Paying rich tributes to the first woman Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi on her 30th death anniversary, which is observed as Rashtriya Sankalp Diwas, Chief Minister Nabam Tuki appealed the people of Arunachal Pradesh to reaffirm and resolve to work and contribute towards peace, prosperity and development of the state and the nation.
