Arunachal Archers script history, clinch Gold in Olympic team event

ITANAGAR, Feb 8: The women archers scripted history by winning the maiden gold medal for Arunachal Pradesh in National Games.
The history was created when the quartet of Sorang Yumi, Genung Tekseng, Maselu Mihu and Netan Drema Khrimey beat Punjab in the final of the Women’s Olympic Team Event to win Gold medal in the 35th National Games at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Ernakulam, Kerala, today morning, informed Chef De Mission Daniel Teli.
