ITANAGAR, Apr 14: Sangken festival of Khampti community begun with religious fervour today.Sangken is being celebrated as the traditional New Year’s Day from 13 to 15 April by the Theravada Buddhist Community such as Khampti, Singpho, Tikhak Tangsa living in Arunachal and other parts of the world.
