IPR dept presents blueprint for effective publicity model

ITANAGAR, May 18: The Department of Information and Public Relations under its new Secretary Sonam Chombey has drawn up a holistic publicity model with a view to disseminate effective information to people of all sections by emphasizing on sensitization of masses on major initiatives of the government and also promotion of the sense of oneness among them.
