Minoti Riba conferred the title of ‘Samannoy Setu’

ITANAGAR, Mar 01: The ‘Samannoy Setu’ title was conferred upon Minoti Riba, one of the doyens of the Cooperative movement in the state and wife of former Chief Minister Late Tomo Riba, by Lakhimpur District Lekhika Samaroh Samiti (Lakhimpur District Women’s Writers Committee) during the 12th Annual Conference of the Asom-Arunachal Lekhika Sanmmanoy Rakkshi Somaroh Samiti (Assam-Arunachal Women Writers Coordination Committee), Arunachal branch, at Kristi Kendra, Naharlagun today.
