Aadil Mir, ITANAGAR, June 17: The
Parliamentary Secretary for IPR, Printing and
Education Bamang Felix will be inaugurating the Mumbai
International Film Festival (MIFF) - Arunachal edition at Hotel Tosum Naharlagun
today. Films Division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of
India in collaboration with the Directorate of Information and Public
Relations, Government of Arunachal Pradesh is organizing the festival.
