Mir, ITANAGAR, June 15: Kalikho Pul health and Family minister has assured
Arunachal Pradesh Doctors’ Association (APDA)
to restructure the Health Department.
While
attending the two days 9th general conference cum continuing medical education
(CME) of APDA, Minister urged the doctors to go to village and serve the poor
and needy people. Highlighting the problems of the doctor’s community, MLA Dr.
Mohesh Chai urged the state government to tap the potential of the local
doctors so that less referral of patient to outside happens.
The
conference saw presentation of eight scientific and research papers by different
specialists.
The
members also adopted some resolutions pertaining to the services and welfare of
the members, which will be submitted to the government for consideration.
