Further, all ADC’s (Additional District Comissioner) cum CO’s (Circle Officer) of the district have been requested to issue fresh ration cards to the selected beneficiaries under this scheme.
Distribution of ration cards and coupons is being carried out manually. As per an official press release, ration card booklets along with necessary stationeries have been dispatched from the office of the DFCSO (District Food and Civil Supplies Officer).
In addition to this, it has been informed that the ADCs of Jang, Lumla and Circle Office Kitpi under Tawang sub-division have already taken initiatives in this regard.
